1. Acceptance

By creating an EnterJobs account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What EnterJobs does

EnterJobs is software that helps you apply to jobs by running an agent — on your own device — that finds roles, tailors your résumé and cover letter, and submits applications on your behalf, attended or unattended.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself. You own your content and are responsible for what is submitted on your behalf.
• Use the service lawfully and in line with the terms of the job sites you apply through.
• Keep your device and accounts secure — your EnterJobs data lives on your device.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement and to work the roles you apply to.

4. Billing & free trial

• EnterJobs is $35/month after a 7-day free trial.
• We collect a card at sign-up but do not charge during the trial; the first payment is taken only after the 7 days, unless you cancel first.
• Cancel anytime. If you cancel during the trial, access continues until the trial ends and you are not charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, it remains active until the end of the current paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges for periods already started are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use EnterJobs to misrepresent yourself, to submit false information, to apply unlawfully, or in any way that violates a third party's rights or terms. You are responsible for the applications made on your behalf.

6. How the agent behaves

The agent may pause for you at sign-in or verification walls (attended mode) or skip and log an application it can't complete unattended and move on. The "applications completed" count is inferred and assumes completion; it is not a guarantee that any given application was received or processed by an employer.

7. Disclaimers

EnterJobs is provided "as is." We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or that any application will succeed. You are responsible for reviewing where appropriate and for the accuracy of what's submitted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnterJobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes of applications made through the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
