By creating an EnterJobs account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
EnterJobs is an AI-powered application assistant platform — a harness that lets a user-selected AI model assist you with real-world application tasks on the web, entirely under your supervision and control. Think of it as a capable sidekick that does the legwork on your behalf while you stay in the driver's seat.
Today, the platform is purpose-built for job applications: finding roles that fit, tailoring your résumé and cover letter from your own materials, and submitting applications on your behalf. As the platform adds new skills — scholarship applications, grant applications, and others — the same harness extends to those tasks. Your AI model is your choice; EnterJobs is the harness it runs inside.
EnterJobs is not an AI provider. It does not supply, host, or control any AI model. It does not act independently — it acts only with your permission, in the modes you configure.
EnterJobs is intended for users 16 years of age and older. If you are between 16 and 18, you should review these terms with a parent or legal guardian before use.
EnterJobs does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account, we will take steps to remove their information and close the account promptly.
By using the service, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Don't use EnterJobs to misrepresent yourself, to submit false or fabricated information, to apply unlawfully, or in any way that violates a third party's rights or terms of service. You are responsible for every application made on your behalf.
EnterJobs interacts with websites the way a human user would — navigating pages, filling fields, clicking buttons. It does not attack, exploit, or attempt to circumvent any platform's infrastructure or security measures.
Attended mode (default): The assistant works while you watch. It pauses at login walls, CAPTCHA challenges, and verification steps — you handle those, then decide whether to continue. You can pause, override, or take over at any point.
Unattended mode (explicit opt-in): After you have reviewed the assistant's behavior in attended mode and choose to trust it with more independence, you can enable unattended mode. This is your explicit grant of permission for the assistant to continue working while you step away — not the platform acting on its own. When it hits a login or verification wall in unattended mode, it skips and logs the round rather than bypassing it.
Diagnostics and what reaches our servers: By default, the app sends run summaries — including which applications were submitted (job title, company, and URL) — to our servers for support and remote diagnosis. This helps us identify and fix field issues. You can turn diagnostics off in the app's preferences (or set diagnostics.upload: false in preferences.yml, or use ENTERJOBS_DIAG_UPLOAD=0). Your documents, application content, profile data, and AI model inputs/outputs are never sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
EnterJobs does not generate, fabricate, or infer application content. The assistant only submits information you have explicitly provided — your credentials, your work history, your answers, your words. It will not invent qualifications, embellish your experience, or fill gaps with made-up content.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all application content submitted through the platform. EnterJobs accepts no liability for misrepresentations made in applications submitted through the service.
EnterJobs is not an AI provider. You connect your own AI model — via Claude's sign-in flow, your own API key, or a local model running on your hardware. EnterJobs is the harness the model runs inside; it does not supply, host, store, or control the model you choose.
If you use a cloud-based AI model, your application data is sent to that provider's servers for processing under their terms and privacy policy. EnterJobs does not access, store, or control what happens between your data and your chosen AI provider. We recommend choosing a provider with an inference-only data policy. Review your AI provider's privacy policy before connecting it.
EnterJobs is not responsible for the conduct, availability, accuracy, or terms of any third-party AI provider you choose to connect.
EnterJobs provides tools to help you apply to more opportunities faster. The platform makes no guarantees regarding interview invitations, job offers, scholarship awards, grant approvals, or any other application outcome. Results depend entirely on factors outside EnterJobs' control — including employer decisions, applicant qualifications, competition, and the behavior of third-party application platforms.
The application count shown in the app reflects submissions the assistant completed. It is not a guarantee that any given application was received, opened, or processed by the recipient.
Use of EnterJobs does not guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for reviewing applications where appropriate and for the accuracy of what is submitted.
EnterJobs is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnterJobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for outcomes of applications made through the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms.
